Meet Destinee Blei, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C
Destinee Blei is a dedicated, life-long Florida resident with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to her community. She began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2010, and over the years, she has pursued further education and training, ultimately earning her certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) in February of 2018.

With expertise in primary care, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), post-acute care, and long-term care, Destinee brings a comprehensive approach to patient care. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals across a wide range of healthcare settings.
Outside of her professional life, Destinee enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She’s an avid reader who finds joy in tackling DIY projects and embarking on long road trips, always seeking new adventures with her family.
