We currently do not accept insurance. Payments are made through our website or in office.

Our hours of operation are 4 PM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 8 PM on Saturday and Sunday. We are closed on some holidays. If you require a different time, please email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

The consult is only $100. The price for the test itself is dependent upon insurance. The most an insured patient will pay is $399. Medicare advantage patients typically pay $0.
With the exception of an emergency, the patient must reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment time. Cancelation fee is $25.
