We will discuss overall health goals and what medication may be appropriate for you. *This is an in-person appt only. If it is determined that phentermine or Semaglutide is best for you, the consultation fee will be subtracted from your total.

Cancellation Policy

Unless there is an emergency, the patient must reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance. There will be a $25 cancellation fee otherwise. *If you paid a deposit and cancelled this will be used as your cancellation fee*
