Cancellation Policy

If the provider decides the patient should seek care at the ER, the patient will be refunded. If for whatever reason the provider is unable to complete the request, the patient will be refunded. No other refunds will be considered. Patients will be called 3 times. If patient does not answer a refund will not be given. When you book an appointment please, keep your phone nearby to speak with the provider.
