Service Description

We will discuss the testing process and briefly review the results. We will release results so that you and your primary care provided may utilize them in your care. Price of the Genomind itself varies based on your insurance provider. Typically, the price is $399.

Cancellation Policy

Unless there is an emergency, the patient must reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance. There will be a $25 cancellation fee otherwise. *If you paid a deposit and cancelled this will be used as your cancellation fee*
